Beyond developing physical abilities and confidence, school trips play a key role in strengthening communication skills, teamwork, and relationships. Students learn to support one another, build a sense of community, and grow as responsible, resilient individuals through shared experiences.
The International School of Bologna organizes multiple school trips each academic year for both Primary and Secondary students. These experiences extend learning beyond the classroom and are designed to enrich academic, personal, and social development.
Trips range from local visits within the city of Bologna to outdoor adventures such as hiking in the mountains or diving in the sea. During these experiences, students take part in a wide variety of activities and sports, including archery, rock climbing, ziplining, survival skills courses, and more.
