F1 in Schools: 2 teams in finals, 2 teams in the top 5!

This year, it has been quite the F1 in Schools season for our two teams: Agilis, returning from last year, and Xiphos, our new entry. The competition began on April 29th at the Imola Racetrack, with the first qualifying round. With 14 participating teams from 8 schools, this year’s competition was tough, but our teams made the first cut, making ISB the only school to send two teams to the F1 in Schools Italian Finals.

So, on Sunday, June 11th, after overcoming numerous obstacles by being thinkers and risk-takers throughout the school year, our teams were ready to race! After a long day of time trials, knock-out competitions, and presentations, we are very proud to announce that Agilis took 5th place and Xiphos took 3rd place in a very close competition! A big thanks to our sponsors (AVL, Tetrapak, Pascucci e Esteticar) and the parents who came out to support us, and congratulations to both teams again for your amazing results!
