Each subject has a set of learning outcomes which are articulated in our Curriculum Documentation. Our Learning Outcomes for Language and Maths are based on a continuum. These outcomes, along with our Programme of Inquiry, form a large part of our written curriculum or ‘what we want our children to learn’.
Units of Inquiry
Students experience 4 (Reception-Kindergarten) or 6 (Transition-ES5) Units of Inquiry in a school year. These Units are carefully designed to allow for a balance of subject areas and to include the 5 Essential Elements: Knowledge, Concepts, Skills, Attitudes and Action.
