Natalie was brought up in Coventry, England, by an English Mother and an Italian Father.
She is a qualified nursury nurse with a BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies. She has worked in a variety of Early Years settings for over 5 years. She also holds the Trinity College Certificate in TESOL.
She lives in Rimini by the sea!

Ingrid holds a doctorate in Dutch Language and Literature and has also completed a post-doctorate course in journalism. She worked as a journalist for a dutch newspaper for ten years. In 2005 she moved with her family to the UK, where she worked as a freelance writer for several Dutch magazines. Ingrid has been living in Bologna with her family since september 2008. Both her son Koen and her daughter Lisa are currently attending ISB.

Anita is from Sweden and holds a bachelor degree in Early Childhood education. Anita has been in Italy since 1999 and during these years she has been teaching in Monza and in 2006 she started working at International School of Bologna.

Kelly has taught in Australia, England and various places in Italy before moving to Bologna with her family last year.  She holds a BA (hons) degree in geography and a Post Graduate Certificate in primary education from the UK.  Kelly is also a specialised English as a second language teacher.  She lives in Bologna with her husband and young son, who also attends the school.

Kelly is from Wales, UK. She gained a BA (Hons) Primary Education at Middlesex University, London. She has taught in inner city primary schools in London for 5 years and a private boy’s school in New Zealand for 3 years.

Kevin Gallagher has taught children in the UK, Spain, South Korea and Poland.  He holds a BA degree in Marketing, a PGDE in Primary Education and 2 specialist EFL (English as a Foreign Language) Certificates.  He moved to Bologna in 2009 with his wife who is also a teacher at the school.  Having lived in Spain as child he also speaks Spanish.

Miriam has been at the school 5 years and is the Art teacher to all Grade levels. She has a First class Degree in Fashion and Textiles from the University of Nottingham and before coming to the school has worked in the field of fashion both in London and Italy. She is married to an Italian (Napoletan!) and has three girls, a dog, a rabbit and a hamster!

James Williams has been teaching physical education and English as a foreign language for 5 years. In addition to this he has worked in the area of I.C.T. and web development for many years. He graduated from Durham University with a degree in combined social sciences, has a H.N.D. in sports management and a C.E.L.T.A. English teaching certificate. James lived and worked in Holland for 10 years previously to moving to Italy with wife and daughter. He has lived abroad for much of his life.
