• Interview form
• Full School Reports from previous 2 years if available

We require each child to visit with the principal before application.
We may administer also English Language or other tests if necessary.

• Application Form and Agreement
• Health Record
• Vaccination Record
• Birth Certificate
• Passport-sized photograph
