The School Day

Students can arrive at the school from 8:30.a.m. At this time there is a teacher on duty in the grounds until 8:50.a.m. when the first bell rings. Students then move to their respective classrooms and prepare for the start of the day.
Lessons formally commence at 9:00.a.m.
During the morning there are two recess times
• 10:00 – 10 :25 Early Years classes
• 10:30 – 10:55 Elementary classes
There are two sittings of lunch
• 12:00 – 12:25   Early Years eat in the Mensa and then have recess until 12:55
• 12:30 -  1:00   Elementary School eats lunch and then have recess until 1:25.
The Early Years classes have a short (20 minute) recess break at 2:00 and school closes for students at 3:20 (Early Years) and 3:30 (Elementary School)
