Communication
The school strives to keep all possible avenues of communication open. If parents do have a question, concern, suggestion or an anxiety they are advised to contact the school as soon as possible. Any concern or question relating to children in the class is first best dealt with by the classroom teacher. The school strongly recommends regular contact with their child’s classroom teacher. The school keeps in contact with parents by:
• Weekly whole school newsletters (published in hard copy & on the website)
• Weekly class newsletters
• Student Communication Books
• Intranet access – allowing parents access to password protected areas of the website
• Parent’s Association meetings
• Information (Curriculum) Parents meetings
• Parent/Teacher conferences
